Przedstawia on fragment Portland [Saint Marks, Liberty City - GTAIII] ukryty gdzieś w przestworzach wysoko nad San Andreas. Sam autor pisze: After noticing the small barrier preventing me from checking out the rest of the city, I looked around for some moonjump Action Replay codes, so I can bypass it. There are a lot of glitchy areas (duh), and random unsolid ground peices.
